  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato purée
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust as needed)
  • 1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
